About Project
This project by nature was a virtual collaborative experiment, that took place in summer 2008 and successfully climaxed at Burning Man festival in the end of August.

Maria Zhalnina is an artist residing and creating in Moscow, Russia. Burning Man takes place every year in Black Rock City, Nevada, USA. The challenge of the project was to create different components of the installation in Moscow and San Francisco, California, where the rest of the crew was situated, and then deliver and install everything in Nevada.

Another significant challenge was to create installation to be not only prominent aesthetically and conceptually, but also to be constructed in such a way that it could stand in the windstorms of the desert in Nevada.

Here we tried to keep chronicles of our successful collaboration.
